They're an awesome example of a brand pivoting and upping their eco cred. After supply chain issues during covid impacted their packaging supply, founder Pearl Chan decided to switch their packaging to plant-based (only the laundry powder comes in a soft plastic bag) and relaunched the brand with powder-based concentrates.
